The Philosophy of the Masterplan
is to develop singular Self-suficient enclosure Blocks.
The meaning of this operation is to
fight against the incredible abusivism that has formed the urban texture along
last 50 years in the neighbourhood. These Punctual interventions inside are
like injection of quality in an anonymous and ambiguous urban fabric. The Main
idea is that in the future those blocks could open each other’s to redefine a
superposed master plan. The Blocks could starts to dialogue and to relate,
generating a systems of peatonal path linking with the rest of the city. The
intervention is inside a more generic plan that includes the restoration of the
river park and green and public spaces. All together will form the new urban
landmark trying to convince the old abusive properties to convert into quality
their precarious housing system.
