Located in the 'Ladies-Mile' Historic District this Land-marked building was completely re-designed in its conversion to six luxury residences. A sensitive vertical addition, including 960 square feet of landscaped terraces, completes the duplex penthouse. A rear terrace off of ground floor bedrooms, custom steel work at the stair and 14 foot ceilings highlight the ground floor duplex “Maisonette”. All upper units are floor through, with custom oak paneling, expressing a continuous volume that conceals the service core and fire-stair. Meticulous detailing emphasizes a palette that is as complimentary of the building's industrial character, as it is restrained and urbane.
