The plot is characterized by its proportions: it is close and all in length, but also by its difference of height and dense vegetation.
The plans and the implementation of the building are in agreement with the urban context, in order to seamlessly integrate the house into the landscape and so keep landscape qualities of the site.
The project adapts to the topography of the land. The house has 3 levels which implementation follows the slope of the plot. Each level has a large opening to the south offering framed views of the landscape. These south-facing windows allow a considerable heat input.
The three concrete arches coming encompass levels of the house, make the stair implementation visible. Concrete is used in the entire house, inside and outside. The outer shell is plain concrete formwork, except for the northern façade, which is dressed with openwork wood siding.
Openings are provided on the sides of the house in order to diversify and bring natural light to the terraces.
