Working in close collaboration with interior design studio Made For, we translated this ambition into a refined, residentially inspired workplace — one that feels considered, tactile and inherently authentic.

Solution

Materiality is the defining language of the interior. Timber joinery, natural stone surfaces and a restrained palette of neutral finishes establish a warm, domestic sensibility — subtly dissolving the boundary between workplace and home. Rather than adopting a corporate aesthetic, the design embraces the scale, texture and tonal layering characteristic of Carter Grange’s residential projects.

These materials are not purely atmospheric; they are integral to the client journey. Integrated sample displays and curated colour palettes are embedded within the architecture itself, allowing clients to experience finishes and textures in situ. Stone benchtops, bespoke joinery details and considered lighting solutions are presented not as showroom inserts, but as lived design moments.

As visitors move through the space, they encounter a narrative of process — from conceptual selection to built outcome. The environment fosters confidence and clarity, enabling clients to visualise how materials and detailing will translate into their own homes.

From a delivery perspective, the project demanded an equivalent level of rigour. Bespoke joinery, precise stone detailing and integrated lighting required close coordination between design and construction teams. Through collaborative documentation, disciplined site management and a hands-on approach, the design intent was protected and realised with fidelity.
