The building's most prominent feature is its exposed structural grid. The facade is organized by a clear rhythm of white concrete beams and columns, which creates a modular and orderly appearance. This grid is not just structural but also the primary aesthetic element. The design masterfully plays with solids and voids; the structural frame creates recessed balconies and deep-set windows, which break up the building's mass and add a sense of depth and layering. This approach also serves a functional purpose by providing shaded semi-outdoor spaces and controlling the amount of direct sunlight entering the building.
