In the heart of Hyderabad, Almond House's unfolds a fine gourmet indulgence that speaks for the legacy of the brand. Meticulously crafted across 10,700 square feet and two floors, it weaves a tapestry of culinary enchantment, where every inch narrates a story of artistry and fusion. Every detail from interactive counters to a wandering cart reminisce the age-old Indian tradition of bringing joy through food.
The lower floor, akin to a vibrant bazaar, buzzes with life. Live culinary counters give a visual treat—from the sizzle in Kunafa and Baklawa stations to the sweet symphony of Jalebi counters, there is room for everything a gourmand celebrates. A dynamic open kitchen further appetizes the visitors—the warm lighting, natural wood textures and subdued terazzo grains create a dramatic mood to unwind the gastronomic narrative and invite the customers to become a part of it.
The feeling of refined luxury grows onto the space, with the upper floor hosting a fine dining experience with the promise of quiet moments amidst a symphony of aromas. From the rhythm of the mosaic-tiled counters speaking for the culinary assortments to the sinuous curves of the ceiling speaking about the ebb and flow of batter, it brings together intricate textures that are rather emotive by character. The choice of circular patterns in the Indian counters and arched motifs for their Turkish counterparts, subtly hint the fusion of cultures and create a feeling of being global yet closer to our roots.
The warm whites of the tabletops, dull golds of the tables, leather tans of the upholstery and the walnut browns of the wood create a warm, comforting ambience that evoke a sense of belonging and amiability in the space. Standalone islands touch upon the sensory levels--the aromas intertwine and the visitors are invited to stand, engage, and savor. Halwa carts, on the other hand, breathe intimacy, prompting shared moments and conversations over sweets.
Together, the space becomes more than a store--it's a symphony of design and gastronomy. It is an immersive experience, that seamlessly blends contemporary global brands like Gappe Vappe, Indulge, Amante, Khara and Sweets, in a minimalist setting. It is where the ordinary act of dining becomes an extraordinary journey, a celebration of culture, flavor and design.
The nostalgia along with the play of neat lines and nimble detailing makes the complete experience celebratory—celebrating the culture, and the coming together of flavours and design in a contemporary timeline where the past is reimagined—and never forgotten.
