York Condos was inspired by the nearby Rouge Valley’s natural rock formations. Completed in 2020, the interiors blend modern design with organic elements to create a welcoming and dynamic environment.
A crystalline wall feature runs along the 200-foot-long lobby, guiding residents through various amenity spaces, including a café, game rooms, and lounges. This design balances visual impact with functionality, offering both lively and quiet areas to suit different needs.
On the fifth floor, rock veneer walls and a wood-slat ceiling create a calming, cabin-like ambiance. Flexible spaces accommodate both private retreats and larger gatherings, fostering a sense of community.
Designed for inclusivity and sustainability, the interiors provide universal access to amenities, including a lap pool and elevated lounge. Energy-efficient lighting, low-flow fixtures, and natural materials promote both wellness and environmental performance, supporting a health-conscious lifestyle.
