Two Waterline Square is one of three distinct yet synergistic buildings that make up Waterline Square, a residential complex from GID Development Group along the Hudson River waterfront of Manhattan’s Upper West Side between West 59th Street and West 61St Street. Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates designed the tower and Hill West Architects served as the executive architect for the master plan. Two Waterline Square is the largest of the three buildings making up Waterline Square in terms of volume, yielding 1.12 million square feet and boasting 656 residential units spread across the 25 stories. Residences feature timeless interiors by George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg. The three buildings are connected by a MNLA designed park complete with fountains, tree lined pathways, a playground and over 100,000 square feet of leisure, lifestyle and sport amenities.
