Strategic Hotels, a leading player in the hotel industry, sought to mirror the sophistication of its brand in its new office. The design approach features high-end elements blended with welcoming spaces with natural light. Elements such as brass trim, leather, light wood floors, and black accents create an elegant aesthetic. This is juxtaposed against the existing exposed construction elements, creating visual interest throughout the workplace.
The space includes many different office layouts and social areas for both individual and group work. The design ensures that all staff have equal access to daylight from the surrounding floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a comfortable and inspiring atmosphere.
