Spire is a 440-foot tall, high-rise multifamily condominium tower that refines Seattle’s rapidly expanding skyline while offering a spirited and welcoming environment for pedestrians at its base. The building is located within a tight and complex site at the borders of Seattle’s Uptown, South Lake Union, Denny Triangle, and Belltown neighborhoods. This sophisticated and thin tower acts as an architectural exclamation point to the junction of these fast-growing urban communities.
The design was inspired by Downtown Seattle’s recent boom in urban renewal, which is mostly taking place within proximity of Spire. The tower responds to this specific environment and is intended to complement and enhance the revitalization along 6th Avenue.
