After an exhaustive search of the city of Memphis, as well as other cities across the nation, ServiceMaster decided on renovating the long-vacant Peabody Place Mall for their new corporate headquarters. In an effort to consolidate locations and bring 1,200 employees under one roof, the four-story Peabody Place will be transformed into a 328,000-square-foot Class A office space. The 20,000-square-foot ground floor space, formerly occupied by Tower Records, will also be transformed into a collaborative technology and innovation center. LRK is providing architectural core and shell services for the renovation and prepared initial vision documents to present design possibilities to ServiceMaster, Belz, and the Downtown Memphis Commission.
