The layout of the buildings respects the natural topography of the site while ensuring optimal accessibility. The complex and varied program, along with the site constraints, enabled us to create volumes and spaces that offer clear circulation paths, diverse atmospheres, and positive spatial experiences.
The school zone is located near the hillside. Sitting on a base that houses the shared spaces, a volume with two wings integrates into the terrain and creates natural and sheltered outdoor areas. The offset arrangement of the school’s floors fosters an optimal connection between interior spaces and the outdoor facilities for future users.
The materials chosen for the construction ensure the school’s integration into the natural surroundings. The ground floor forms a large mineral base, while the upper levels are clad in timber. This choice highlights the sustainable character of the buildings, creating a warm and pleasant environment.
The sports centre, located close to the school, is oriented in a way that gives it a distinct presence. Its simple and minimal form establishes a clear and legible footprint on the site. The compact volume makes optimal and efficient use of the available surface area.
The double-height sports hall is surrounded by auxiliary facilities spread over two levels, enabling quick and direct interactions.
