From a concrete jungle to a green city.
Design with climate, nature, and people.
Cooling the city through architecture.
From building to urban catalyst.
A governmental complex as a regenerative urban system.
The headquarters of the State of São Paulo integrates administrative functions with a commercial base, activity spaces, and a continuous terraced park rising from the ground to the top of the buildings.
The design is driven by advanced simulations (UTCI, PET, wind flows, future climate scenarios), shaping outdoor comfort and mitigating urban heat.
Water cycles, biodiversity, and public space are fully integrated, transforming the project into a catalyst for urban regeneration.
Not a government building—
but a system that cools, reconnects, and reactivates the city.
