Beyond the Office — Towards a Regenerative Workplace
A corporate campus redefined as a landscape system.
The new headquarters of PwC in Luxembourg is a mixed office campus including workspaces, facilities, and retail, developed on a former industrial site.
The project begins with landscape, not buildings. Within the block, a system of parks, clearings, and “fault lines” structures the site.
Exterior paths extend into the buildings, becoming interior circulations and shared activity spaces—from ground level to upper floors and inhabited rooftops.
Architecture is no longer an isolated object.
It is a continuous spatial field colonized by movement, nature, and work.
Not a campus.
A living workplace territory.
