This VC firm had conflicting hopes for their Park Avenue South offices. They needed a polished corporate headquarters, but they loved the raw loft space they’d found. By pairing industrial materials with sleek details, we gave them both.
Crisp new offices line the windows, while translucent wall panels send daylight deep into the reception gallery. Though we exposed the bare concrete slab, we screened the mess of ducts and sprinklers with a floating metal lattice. Lastly, a wainscot of burlap wrapped Homasote hushes the background noise for conference calls.
