One Waterline Square is one of three distinct yet synergistic buildings that make up Waterline Square, a residential complex from GID Development Group along the Hudson River waterfront of Manhattan’s Upper West side between West 59th Street and West 61St Street. One Waterline Square is designed by Richard Meier & Partners with sophisticated interiors by Champalimaud. Hill West Architects served as the executive architect for the master plan. The structure boasts a striking undulating glass and metal façade and spans approximately 530,000 square feet containing 288 apartments. One Waterline Square stands 36 stories high and is the tallest of the trio, with elegant condominiums at the top of the building graced with high ceilings, enormous banks of windows and a rich selection of handpicked materials.
