The project involves the construction of two buildings for visitors to the exhibition center, an open multi-storey car park and a built-up storage area, as well as the redevelopment of the forecourt between the buildings.
The volumes "entrances / corridors" are intended for the reception and/or the distribution of visitors. They can access it from the multi-storey car park or from the square.
The repetitive structure is an architectural response to the requirements defined by the construction program. The modulation allows a fast implementation, in order to minimize operational disturbances.
In order to create dynamic and diversified spaces, the modules overlap in depth, following the modulation 2.50 m of the lattice beams. The side panels created in this way are covered with translucent polycarbonate panels, in order to provide a soft light that enhances the volume created.
