Our team carried out the design work for Phase III of the “e-market city” online and wholesale retail complex. The site will feature two facilities with different purposes but which complement each other: a warehouse and a sports building.
A modern “Stock Office”-type warehouse building with a total area of 1,925 m² is being designed, tailored to meet the needs of contemporary warehousing, retail, and administrative operations all under one roof. The building’s design focuses on the efficient use of space, the smooth organization of processes, and long-term operational efficiency.
A sports facility covering more than 4,600 m² is also being designed on the same site, intended for active leisure, sports activities, and community needs. The two-story, A++ energy-class building will feature flexibly organized spaces adapted for tennis and padel, designed to meet the diverse needs of visitors. The project will promote a more active lifestyle and create added value for the surrounding area.
Designing modern buildings requires not only expertise in various fields but also the ability to view the project as a unified system. The greatest value is created by solutions in which architecture, structural engineering, and building systems work in harmony.
In this project, our team combined expertise from different fields to create solutions that are technically precise, economically sound, and generate long-term value. This integrated approach is the guiding principle of our daily work – to help clients implement projects that meet today’s needs.
