SGA converted a former Verizon warehouse into Linx, a 185,000 square foot LEED Gold certified campus for science and technology companies. The façade, coined “fun industrial,” features hanging screens, custom still frames in mesh, vertical fins, corrugated metal, and a color-changing material called Alucobond Spectra. Exterior courtyards and a dramatic multi-story atrium provide a rich setting for collaboration. The bold and innovative design offers highly flexible and efficient research space in concert with a unique array of on-site amenities including a bike room, manicured patios, courtyards, and Bocce courts.
