New Corporate Headquarters for IFB Filtertechniek
As an expert in air filtration, IFB Filtertechniek equips ventilation systems with the highest quality air filters. Driven by growing revenues, the company required additional space for storage, production, and office facilities. Located in the Seggelant industrial estate in Brielle, this new corporate building was custom-tailored to perfectly fit the needs of both IFB Filtertechniek and its sister company, Interfilter.
Architectural Concept and Layout
The plinth supporting the industrial hall extends continuously, acting first as a divider between the hall and the office building, before transforming into a generous roof structure that shelters the office spaces. The office floors feature an open-plan layout, ensuring maximum flexibility for future spatial configurations. Additionally, the staff canteen opens up to a spacious roof terrace for employees to enjoy.
Sustainability and Energy Efficiency
The new building is entirely gas-free and was realized through Green Financing (Groen Financiering). Meeting the most modern sustainability standards, the property fully complies with 'net-zero energy' (nul-op-de-meter) requirements.
