Family-owned companies carry a unique characteristic: their identity is built over time through the relationships they establish, the people who shape them and a culture that is consolidated across generations. It is from this understanding that Guarida Unik Agency emerged, becoming the starting point for a new architectural language that will guide future Grupo Guarida branches.
The project was driven by the intention of creating a new way of experiencing the brand, transforming architecture into a strategic tool capable of organizing relationships, bringing people closer together and translating institutional values into everyday experiences.
Hospitality became the project's guiding principle, informing decisions related to circulation, permanence, collaborative areas and the way clients and employees move through the spaces throughout their journey. Every spatial decision sought to make this experience more intuitive, comfortable and welcoming, recognizing that service is not limited to the interaction between client and employee, but extends to every moment that precedes, accompanies and follows that encounter.
The distribution of the four floors organizes this experience at different scales. The ground floor was conceived as the first point of contact with the brand, bringing together reception, welcoming areas and user guidance. The intermediate floors accommodate meeting rooms designed to foster proximity, privacy and the quality of relationships established between teams and clients. The top floor was designed as a flexible and collaborative environment, prepared to host meetings, presentations, gatherings and different work dynamics, allowing the spaces to adapt to the diversity of activities that are part of the company's daily routine.
The architecture was designed to integrate service, operations and relationships, establishing a continuous spatial dynamic between different sectors through circulation strategies that organize movement, reduce barriers and create a clear and intuitive experience. In terms of materiality, biophilia, natural textures and a restrained palette come together to create comfortable environments that encourage longer and more pleasant stays. At the same time, the incorporation of Guarida's graphic and chromatic identity reinforces recognition and institutional continuity.
Guarida Unik therefore assumes a role that extends beyond the physical boundaries of a traditional agency. The project establishes guidelines capable of informing future implementations, consolidating an architectural language that transforms company culture into an everyday experience. Hospitality shifts from being an attribute of customer service to becoming a spatial principle capable of strengthening bonds, translating identity and building the future while remaining connected to the origins of the brand.
We understand architecture as a relationship-building tool. When designed around people, it helps strengthen organizational cultures, bring teams closer together and transform corporate spaces into environments that welcome, connect and foster a sense of belonging.
