The new multifunctional complex is built on the former site of a cigarette factory. It is located on a southern plot of the town, close to the motorway, very well served by public transport and accessible from a cycle path.
The building creates a new entrance to the city, rises between 4 and 7 floors and is complemented by 2 floors of underground parking.
The southern part of the complex houses offices and takes the form of a tower, while the northern part has a reduced height with a variety of functions (commercial areas, fitness, nursery and restaurant with terrace).
The complex is part of an environmentally friendly approach. Thus, materials were chosen based on their environmental impact, durability and maintenance.
