In this project, the client requested the following from us: to create a villa with the potential to experience fun, partying, and entertainment, while at the same time having a cozy corner for relaxation and renewal of energy to return to the noisy urban life of Tehran.
Our strategy for designing this project was to place private activities and the need for rest and silence in the back part of the land, which has a limited view due to being surrounded by neighboring lands on three sides. This part was placed inside the thickness of concrete, providing enough natural light while at the same time creating a space with the atmosphere of natural caves.
Dynamic activities were placed in transparent pixels in the front part of the project, which has a view of the town and the sea. The glass pixels in the solid thickness of the project and the body of the villa, which include quiet and peaceful activities, made "Sea Villa" exist.
