By Villa: Bridging Earth and Sky in Velenjak
By Villa redefines urban living in Tehran’s Velenjak district, blending the grounded charm of villas with the elegance of high-rise living. Situated amidst a mix of low-rise villas and residential towers, the project creates a harmonious dialogue with its surroundings.
A Fusion of Forms:
The design features two duplex villas at ground level for urban interaction, crowned by a two-unit residential tower aligned with the city skyline. Between them lies a shared amenities space, including a pool, gym, and meeting hall—that bridges the grounded intimacy of the villas with the tower’s panoramic views.
Human-Centered Design:
In Tehran’s densely built District 1, where streets are narrow and interactions are close, By Villa prioritizes both residents and passers-by. The lower floors offer villa-like comfort, while the design enriches the urban landscape for those walking by.
Inspired by Context:
By Villa extends the “pixels” of surrounding villas into its design, integrating privacy and luxury with the vitality of urban living. It’s a home that connects the ground to the sky, offering a unique living experience while enhancing the city.
