Micaela Colella and Maurizio Barberio got a Master's Degree in Architectural Design in the 2014 from the Polytechnic of Bari with a thesis about the "New High Speed Railway Station of Bari" which has been awarded with a honorable mention from the prestigious "Italian Sustainable Award Fassa Bortolo". They collaborate with professors and researchers of the Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture of Bari on a number of essays, projects and prototypes. Currently they have won a PhD scholarship from the Roma Tre University. Colella is focusing her research on the updating of prefabrication systems using natural materials.Barberio is developing a research on the relationship between digital architecture and traditional fabrication.
