The complete renovation of the Zilles Apartment reconfigures the spaces to meet the family’s needs, establishing a balance between functionality, aesthetics, and atmosphere. Light plays a central role in the composition, filtering through the blinds to create layers, reveal textures, highlight volumes, and transform the perception of the interiors throughout the day. Natural wood, dark stone, and tactile materials compose a sober and timeless palette, in which each element gains prominence through the way it receives and reflects light.

The interior design is guided by attention to detail, where sophistication emerges from the balanced relationship between materials, proportions, and spatial sensations. The combination of natural wood veneer, travertine, and textiles creates an atmosphere of quiet elegance, particularly in the master suite, where the harmony between tones and textures reinforces the apartment’s warm, refined, and timeless character.
