Villa with history
With real estate prices and rents skyrocketing, real estate trading in Stuttgart has experienced a large increase in turnover in recent years. This also benefited the business of our clients. In order to grow not only quantitatively but also qualitatively, LC Immobilien decided to move into a turn-of-the-century villa designed by Carl Eisenlohr at the foot of the Karlshöhe, whose generosity not only gives its employees space for discreet business, but also represents the solidity of the company.
Grand dignity, trendy ideas and solid business
Where the trend label Blutsgeschwister used to have its headquarters, real estate is now being bought, refurbished and sold on around 650 sqm spread over three floors. In addition to the floor plan development and the complete interior work, we coordinated the interface between client and landlord. The client decided in favor of a representative extension, which on the one hand meets the lordly claim of the building and on the other hand the most modern office standards.
Quote:
"Our designs are based on a structurally solid foundation that allows us to move playfully"
Playful lightness needs a solid foundation
The core values of the company, such as exquisite, far-sighted as well as solid and safe, are just a few adjectives on which the company manifests its success. We gave you reason to develop a concept that manifests this canon of values with a collage of functionally designed standard workplaces as well as representative insertions and decorative set pieces. The refurbishment of the building provides a solid framework, while the high-quality extension and furnishings represent the corporate culture.
Value interpreted in a modern way
The generous foyer welcomes the visitor with an inviting gesture: the jet-black reception furniture is oriented toward the visitor in the opposite direction of the room's geometry. Brass cuts form caesuras, a milling of the brass plate sitting flush with the surface shows the company logo. The light of David Chipperfield's modern interpretation of chandeliers with a diameter of over 170cm give the room dignity and tranquility.
Separated only by a glass partition wall, the conference and meeting rooms are located directly adjacent to the foyer. Curtains behind the dividing wall provide for the desired intimacy as required, support the room acoustics and give a homely character.
