Villa Malet is located in the hills just above Monte Carlo, only half a mile from the centre. Cut into the cliffside, this is a luxury residence that epitomises Riviera living. Working alongside a team of international interior designers, KSR Architects renovated and reimagined the magnificent, Belle Epoque building.
This remarkable house is spread over three compounds and includes eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms and three kitchens. Every detail of this stunning home has been carefully considered and uses the best possible services and materials. This luxury is exemplified in the bespoke joinery, all of which is made in Paris, France.
The villa’s location makes for stunning views of sprawling blue as the sea stretches away from the coastline. The lower ground floor opens up onto the stretch of green that extends into a tiered garden that cascades down the hill, projecting into the view. Also in front of the villa is a pool, tiled in a beautiful mosaic, a pool house, and two guest apartments. This amenity often becomes the heart of household activity for all generations.
