UNE Pharmacy is characterized for being a daring and innovative pharmacy. From Destudio we have tried to design a warm and comfortable space for the visitor, which inspires confidence and closeness to the patient. For this we have opted for open, diaphanous spaces, with plenty of natural light and few barriers.
The materials used throughout this Pharmacy project have been mainly glass and black lacquered iron, combined with wood and exposed concrete. 164 m2 for a space that transmits purity, cleanliness and harmony.
To highlight the facade of the Pharmacy, completely open, leaving the entire space visible from the outside. From this facade you can even see the meeting room, so you can say that the pharmacy is the showcase itself. Two LED screens are the protagonists of the facade, which welcome visitors and help to highlight certain messages that most interest to convey.
With regard to the lighting of UNE Pharmacy, the aim was to maximize natural light, which is why large windows have been used to make the most of the outside light. The artificial lighting consists of a general light by means of hanging 60×60 LED screens and a specific product light by means of oriented LED spotlights.
The commitment to design, innovation and the objective of being a benchmark in the sector have made this Pharmacy project unique in itself. Entering this health space is to enter a dimension that combines familiarity and closeness with originality in the commitment to a design that seeks to improve the concept of traditional pharmacy.
