A research oriented farm comprising a climate neutral greenhouse, restoration of a USDA Certified Organic forest, and archeological investigation and documentation of a native people's Ceremonial Stone Landscape, and a container building serving as a farm and farm stay facility. The greenhouse technology was the subject of a multiyear NYSERDA R+D grant and won state and National ACEC Building Systems Awards in collaboration with Dagher Engineering. The archeological research is mapped and preserved in the Smithsonian Institutions Anthropological archives of Dr. David W. Johnson.
