The Wood Box is nestled in The Mansions, an award winning gated community in Desa ParkCity, Kuala Lumpur. The main living area was crafted as a large wood framed voluminous box. Raw unfinished meranti was used as a wrap around screen to encapsulate the space. The centrepiece lighting comprised floating crystals weaving and hovering dragon-like over the main space. The space is accentuated by the amber glow of the dark emperado marble slabs on the floor. The industrial rod supported steel stair stand out like a piece of modern and industrialist sculpture.

The master room has a long see-through walk-in wardrobe. The thin profiles, amplifies the elegance of the space. Selected raw materials add to the purity of the surfaces transforming the spaces through the use of glass and light.
