This exceptional award-winning residence, The Grace, is a traditionally styled new build of luxury accommodation and is located in one of London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods. It extends up three storeys and two levels down below ground.
Behind the striking façade are seven primary bedroom suites and four magnificent reception rooms, three staff bedrooms, two kitchens, study, and cinema. Buried below is a double height tranquil retreat reserved for leisure activities in the gym, pool, steam room, and spa. Also below the property is an underground garage which incorporates a car lift.
The centrepiece to this house is an elegant, marble staircase that flows down through the house in compelling, graceful curves. Through its stairwell cascades a string of circular lights that gently illuminates the bright stone.
As the architects on the project, our role was to translate, coordinate and detail the interior design, refine the exterior envelope and maximise the inherited Planning Permission.
