KSR Architects and Interior Designers completed a comprehensive refurbishment of this Hampstead based, Arts and Crafts style home. The design is centred around the display of the client’s colourful art collection.
The beautiful, striking, and bold art works are given pride of place within an environment that lets them stand out and be showcased. Our interior design team have achieved this by using a sophisticated and minimal palette, allowing for the colour in the art works to really pop of the canvas or out of their frame.
Scandinavian style furniture was selected for the space, which gives the home a fresh and modern feel. Although mostly keeping to neutral tones and colours, there is the occasional flash of colour or pattern, such as the peaking green on the kitchen chairs, or the modern floral wallpaper in the bathroom. None of these, however, dominate the space or minimise the presence of the beautiful artwork that fills this home.
