The Hotel is located in direct proximity to Vienna's main railway station. Here you can rent attractive living and working spaces in a central location. Spread over ten floors are the various office spaces and 131 serviced residential flats.
Eyecatcher
The entrance area has a glazed aluminium wall covering. Fine tiled floors guide visitors:inside from the entrance to the welcome desk. The rich colours of the furnishings and wall cladding as well as a bronze-coloured canopy made of expanded metal are eye-catchers.
Public Area
The Public Area consists of a spacious section with an open reception area, a community lounge with seating, a dining table and a Hollywood swing. It offers plenty of space for both retreat and socialising. The offices with meeting rooms are adjacent. They are separated from the public areas to guarantee undisturbed working.
The dark colours of the industrial parquet flooring and the dark ceilings give the public area its noble character and create a dignified atmosphere. Blue, yellow and cognac tones as well as accents of gold run through the furniture and fittings. Selected furniture and large-format murals with Vienna motifs invite guests to stay.

Light and concrete
The office spaces are separated from each other by glass walls with black glazing bars. In this way, light enters every room and the entire office space appears open and spacious. The furnishings of the office areas are predominantly in light colours. Exposed concrete walls, concrete columns and openly running pipes on the ceiling create a contrast to the smooth, clear office furniture.
