Situated at a rare combination mid-block/corner site, at the intersection of three major neighborhoods in lower Manhattan, the 14-story project includes 25 luxury units perched atop a tall commercial base. Rising from a tall commercial base, and set atop an open-air plinth, the distinct façade celebrates the building’s unusual proportions, and subtle massing shifts ensure that the architecture still complements the primarily pre-war neighborhood. Alabama Silver Shadow limestone alternates with large expanses of full-height glazing to create the façade’s unique effect. In addition to the 25 residential units, the project includes 2 separate commercial spaces and a green ribbon of common landscaped spaces.
