Located in São Paulo, MAS House is the result of a complete remodeling conceived from spatial integration as a starting point and materiality as a structuring element of the project. Developed by SUITE, the residence was redesigned to dialogue more precisely with the family dynamic, promoting fluidity, permanence, and a consistent connection between interior and exterior.

In the center of the house, the living room organizes the social program by articulating the living room, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor area in the same spatial field. Thought of as a versatile space, it allows for different forms of use – from daily living to moments of contemplation – always oriented by the presence of the garden. The large openings expand the perception of limits and make natural light an active component of the architecture, transforming the environments throughout the day.

Materiality defines the project's identity. The brushed national travertine floor establishes a continuous base for the social area, while the dehydrated oak leaf carpentry runs through the environments and reinforces the unity of the set. Woodstone quartzite, integrated into niches and the dining room cabinetry, introduces texture and depth. In dialogue with fabrics, smooth surfaces, and carefully distributed lighting, a subtly golden atmosphere is built that qualifies the spaces without excess.

The furniture acts as an extension of the architecture. In the living room, the OPE side table by Christophe Delcourt and the Li lamp by Adriana Yazbek compose a balance between design and materiality. The Bio sofa, by SUITE Design, was redesigned exclusively for the project: by assuming straight and striking lines, it becomes a central element of the composition and reinforces the authorial character of the intervention.

In the intimate spaces, material continuity and chromatic neutrality build an atmosphere of pause. The couple's suite combines weaves, fabrics, and wood flooring, establishing comfort and visual unity, with direct access to the balcony that resumes the connection with the exterior. In the powder room, the Vitória Régia marble stands out on the panel and in the sculpted basin with a honed finish, enhanced by diffuse lighting that highlights its texture.

The outdoor area is consolidated as a natural extension of the living room. Dense landscaping surrounds the pool and surroundings, creating a reserved space that moves away from the pace of the city. The furniture with simple design and durable materials favors continuous and daily use, reinforcing the central proposal of MAS House: an architecture where integration, light, and matter build a fluid, coherent experience of inhabiting aligned with contemporary living according to SUITE's vision.
