The project takes the penthouse's generous ceiling height as its starting point. The walnut millwork was designed to respond to this scale, creating rhythm and movement along the main living wall. The TV niche and aged brass drawer insets introduce a precise contrast between wood and metal.
The finish palette operates with coherence: fabrics and wall coverings in harmonized tones, a mix of stones and grays, and the fireplace wall clad in honed Gris Armani marble as an element of weight and spatial anchoring.
Roman travertine runs across both the interior floor and the pool surround, establishing continuity between the social area and the outdoor space and dissolving the boundary between inside and out. Suspended over the double-height void, the monumental chandelier meets the scale of the room with the same precision that defines every other material choice in the project.
