This Perkins Eastman design located at the downtown US Bank Tower captures Lincoln International’s brand identity, unifying two full floors while also echoing design the look of its offices across the country. This new office has doubled in size, s in strengthening the company’s foothold in the West Coast market. It is located within the 72-story US Bank Tower—a defining anchor of the Los Angeles skyline—the new space further elevates the company’s California profile.
Featuring upgraded aesthetics and an outdoor area, the new L.A. office connects two floors with views of the ocean to the mountains. The standout new loggia converts the interior tenant space to a covered outdoor area, providing an open-air space on the 67th floor to gather and entertain. The light-filled office also features an array of collaborative and private workspaces, a communicating stair, and a café.
Creating a modern workplace with updated technology, amenities, and breathtaking views was critical for the firm to generate excitement for its employees to come to work and create a compelling draw for new hires in a competitive financial market. The design draws on Lincoln International’s signature approach to the finishes, function, and character for its offices across the country—many of which Perkins Eastman designed—to reinforce its brand identity.
