The Lake Country School master plan reviewed existing facility utilization, space needs and conditional assessments. The outcome of this collaboration between Snow Kreilich and Lake Country was a series of future projects that could be sequenced to address current and future needs.
Begun shortly after the conclusion of the master plan, the phase one project addresses Lake Country’s immediate needs for additional administrative spaces, a secure entrance, public community space at the heart of the school, and new multi-purpose classrooms.
The phase one work starts a planned, intentionally sequential progression of upgrades to their facilities that support the continued advancement of Montessori teaching pedagogy at Lake Country. These sequenced complementary facility upgrade projects align with the financial goals and fundraising for the school and support learning to ensure that Lake Country remains a leader in Montessori education in the region.
