The KPMG Edmonton tenant improvement focused on ensuring the workspace created conveyed the KPMG business objectives, values, and culture.
Located on the 21st and 22nd floors of the new Kelly Ramsey Building in downtown Edmonton, the project involved the relocation of the existing office from a traditional environment in an adjacent building into a leading edge, modern, open office interior with breathtaking views.
The 21st floor focused on staff space including primarily open office configurations dispersed with low file work areas and lounge spaces flooded with natural light. Staff amenities on this floor featured the K-Cafe including a kitchen seating and lounge space, LCD screens, a fireplace and recreational opportunities.
The 22nd floor includes a spacious reception/waiting area off of the elevator positioned to capitalize on the best views of the city landscape. This floor also includes many meeting rooms of varying sizes, back of house spaces, and additional office space.
