The project is located in Jinshui District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. On the Central Plains, courtyard culture is a classic expression of people's spatial order. This pursuit of balance between enclosure and transparency, privacy and openness is the temporal accumulation of coexistence between humans and nature.
In order to prevent the design from being confined to the traditional courtyard form, during the design process, we drew on the architectural space and design concepts of the Sri Lankan architectural master Geoffrey Bawa. He is adept at using simple frameworks to ingeniously incorporate natural landscapes into architectural Spaces, making the buildings seem to grow out of nature. He pays close attention to the experience that the architectural structure brings to people. Every line and every corner is carefully designed, guiding people's gaze and steps, allowing them to feel the charm of the space in the interaction with the building.
