The project is developed in the YAMA building located at Av. Insurgentes Sur 64, on level 13 with an area of 2,600.00 sq m.
Flexoffices is a company dedicated to renting offices of different scales in order to create work ecosystems where startups, investment funds, corporate innovation areas, banks, accelerators and incubators coexist.
The design arises from several axes of composition provided by the natural plan of the building. These axes divide the space into neighborhoods that converge in collaborative, meeting and social interaction nodes. Based on the needs of each company, the offices come in different formats, are modular and can be configured by relocating the partitions.
The chosen finishes are easy to maintain, but at the same time resistant. A wood imitation vinyl floor was proposed for the offices and common areas, creating a dynamic and contrasting pattern. Porcelain tile floors and walls were placed in the service area.
The color palette helped us reinforce the avant-garde spirit of the company, leaning towards striking tones on the walls, a different tone for each neighborhood, and the apparent facilities were left to give an industrial and technological touch.
The furniture is modular, the desks were customized to meet the needs.
The support areas are located at strategic points —interaction nodes— and provide flexible and innovative spaces.
