The open kitchen connects seamlessly to the social areas, forming a large living space ideal for entertaining friends.
The bar, which also serves as a home office, blends the laid-back vibe of a lounge with the functionality of a workspace — perfect for someone whose ideas are always in motion.
The garden with a pool is the heart of the project. Located between two facing volumes of the house, it acts as both a connection and a pause.
Natural finishes, lush greenery, and the transparency of the water create a visual break — an invitation to relax amid an intense lifestyle.
Skateboarding, motorcycles, music, and art — all of these elements are subtly present in the materials, textures, and architectural details.
Exposed concrete, natural wood, steel, and bold colors form the foundation of the project, striking the perfect balance between sophistication and irreverence — just like the client.
