The high market potential of locations situated in areas with primary road access is directly proportional to the land prices in those areas. This is why commercial activities in city centers often occupy shop-house buildings with limited width. The same applies to this project, where a typical two-story shop-house with an open-plan layout is planned for a hair salon under the 'Chandra Gupta' brand.

This brand already has several branches in Jakarta, but they are located within shopping malls, making this project the first time it will operate in a building with an exterior facade. The brand's value is communicated through a tall screen with a pattern inspired by the cross-section of healthy hair cortexes, serving as the focal point from the street. In addition, the layout is based on the circulation patterns of salon workers and visitors, with optimal movement habits achieved through curved, rather than linear, patterns. This curved concept is applied throughout the first-floor work area.
