We co-operated with the architect James Cleary to produce exterior and interior images for a brand-new condominium located in the neighborhood of Sunnyside at 32-72 41st Street, Queens, NY, 11103.
The building will be 50 feet tall and 18,427 square feet. The structure will feature an 18-car garage at the cellar level, plus 12 outdoor parking spaces. Residents will have access to a roof deck, as well as a storage space and laundry room in the cellar.
Neighborhood of Sunnyside is famous for its low-rise buildings. The area is very diverse and with its own unique atmosphere. The property is surrounded by plenty of cafes, coffee shops and restaurants. For active people, there is Indoor Extreme Sports (Paintball & Laser Tag) within the short walking distance. Also, the location is a little more than a block away from the Steinway Street (E/M/R) subway station.
