Combining multiple sites on Millionaire’s Row, the Bishop’s Estate was designed as a Super Villa; the 40,000ft ultra contemporary home in a ‘Tel Aviv modern’ style was integrated into a rolling estate garden. Art and expansive social courtyards were wrapped by open plan family and entertaining spaces under cantilevering concrete roofs and sliding glass panels. The design includes underground parking, discreet security, and efficient staffing areas.
The Super Villa enclosed mini gardens to capture views of nature and allow vast amounts of natural light into the spaces. The design incorporated natural materials with state of the art technology, resulting in a true modern oasis.
