Archipelago House is a legacy retreat designed for multi-generational family use, adaptable for both shared gatherings and private escapes.
The design comprises three pavilions: a main house with social spaces and a bedroom, a second pavilion with bedrooms and a living area, and a third with studies that double as guest accommodation. A separate sauna on a small island, accessed via a causeway, completes the retreat.
Set lightly within the untouched Finnish landscape, the project offers a sanctuary to reconnect with nature, family, and oneself through simple pleasures like reading, swimming, and sauna.
