The office's 8th anniversary was marked by the move to new headquarters in Porto Alegre. Located in a house from 1927, the new structure is organized on two floors. Internally, the renovation of the spaces completely restructures the layout and finishes of the house.
On the ground floor, next to the access, a showcase displays models of ongoing projects and reveals the new use of the house. The helical staircase, which replaces the old wooden staircase, leads to the team's work areas on the second floor, creates a double-height space and separates the meeting room from the bathroom and kitchen. The large patio houses the garden, barbecue area and support and service spaces.
An internal garden resulting from one of the house's original setbacks creates a ventilation and lighting space for the meeting room.
The internal and external floors of the ground floor received pieces from the collection of hydraulic tiles designed by Arquitetura Nacional. The white base of the walls serves as a background for the natural wood veneer joinery and the Brazilian marble pieces. The coffee tables and armchairs in the meeting room are also part of the office design.
The second floor had the internal walls and ceiling removed. The roof was redone and the original woodwork was preserved. The original wooden floor on the second floor still shows the marks of the original layout. The work tables all remain in the same space, the area for prototypes is divided by the volume occupied by the team's wardrobe and bathroom.
