Amwins Woodland Hills is a 34,000-square-foot workplace renovation that channels the cultural richness and layered communities of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley. More than an office, it is a reflection of “The Valley” itself—diverse, social, and unapologetically alive—designed to bring people together in an environment that is both high-performing and deeply connected to place.
From the moment visitors step onto the 11th floor, the experience is framed by design gestures that guide and welcome. Acoustic baffles lead the way into the heart of the workplace, a panoramic, amenity-rich pantry that serves as the social nucleus of the office. Here, expansive views spill over booths, café tables, a harvest table, and even a putting green, creating a space where work, conversation, and community effortlessly intertwine.
The office supports approximately 183 employees across open workstations and enclosed offices, each intentionally arranged to preserve daylight, sightlines, and a sense of openness. A spectrum of collaborative spaces caters to different work modes and encourages spontaneous connection. This balance of structure and flexibility ensures the workplace adapts to the rhythms of its people.
Wellness and inclusivity are embedded in the plan. Both floors feature accessible support zones, from copy/print areas and abundant storage to dedicated wellness rooms, ensuring comfort and accessibility for all. Throughout, the design fosters moments of rest, renewal, and interaction, underscoring the belief that the best work emerges when people feel supported, inspired, and engaged.
By weaving together functionality, culture, and the unmistakable spirit of the San Fernando Valley, Amwins Woodland Hills delivers more than a workplace, it offers a dynamic, people-centered environment where the energy of the region is matched by the energy of its team.
