Designed to be a beacon of light on the Oakland Skyline, this 24-story Class-A office building was completed in 2019 for Shorenstein and has since become the headquarters for Blue Shield of California. With sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay in one direction and the Oakland Hills in the other, each floor of the 650,000-square-foot building offers its tenants abundant natural light and visual access to the outdoors. An occupiable roof deck off of the second floor, a robust gym, and generous amenities for commuters arriving by bike and by rail help make this the largest LEED Gold office building in the East Bay.
